The project is an ambient performance based on modular synthesizers and rhythmic foundations created with an MPC. The origin of the project came from the exploration and listening to sounds throughout the winter of 2023-2024 in his studio in Malta.

The idea was to use the studio’s machines, keyboards, and modular systems, listening to random sounds coming directly from them. The sounds that resonated with us the most were selected to shape what would become the final live performance.

Recorded live at Perpendicular 2024 (@espacio-perpendicular) - somewhere in the woods. When? Sunday 10:30 Where? main stage.

Perpendicular is a self managed and private festival held somewhere in the woods of central Spain.

It's May 1st and we're delighted to share with you a new mix from Vancouver, Canada based LVT, guru of the superb Music For Interstellar Spacecrafts podcast channel. Nikki has been DJing and organizing events for more than a decade, currently operating Vancouver's DOLLY which delivers some of the best underground parties in her city. She's made mixes for many great podcasts such as Deep Breakfast, Monument, Delayed, and Precept, just to name a few; Here she takes us on an interstellar journey through dreamy ambient, lunar experimental music, syncopated and precise rhythms, smooth grooves and hypnotic techno. Accents Podcast Series #032 - LVT

Contributing our latest episode is London’s ANNX, a regular figure within the city’s cutting-edge undercurrent whose many contributions include co-curation of the Whomp, Perspectives, and once-shrouded Magick events, and a residency at the beloved Above Below festival. Anna’s tireless dedication to the scene goes hand-in-hand with her unmistakable talent behind the decks, as evidenced by an impressive repertoire of mixes and set recordings, and which I was fortunate enough to witness first-hand last summer in the Chilterns. Here Anna demonstrates her well-honed craft over the course of two meticulously plotted hours, diving seamlessly into manifold forms of deep, heavy psychedelia before emerging in a wave of euphoric bliss. Alpenglühen continues to establish itself as a trusted source for forward-thinking ambient techno with its latest vinyl release, introducing Vanertia, the new collaborative alias from Vand and  !nertia. This debut offering fuses the distinctive sonic DNA of both artists into a deeply textured and rhythmically intricate EP.

The record draws heavily from the dub techno tradition, with spacious delay lines and submerged chord stabs setting the tone across all tracks. Yet it’s the subtle interplay between syncopated grooves and classic 4x4 pulse that gives the record its driving energy. The percussion is detailed and organic, riding a bed of carefully sculpted low-end that never overwhelms but always supports the movement.

The result is a hypnotic, immersive listen that balances club functionality with introspective richness.

As we keep navigating the musical constellation of The Continuum, we finally get to explore the sounds of an artist that we love and respect. Whether through co-founding Delayed or his “Sundays are for…” series… you should already know who we are talking about. We welcome Hue to our channel! 

Zach is a fellow music lover or maybe should I say obsessed. One of those that would and does cross the ocean to join events and discover new sounds. We met at Parallel last year, and I finally got to see him play (twice) last month. “Sundays are for…” is a true classic when it comes to ambient and soothing sounds, and many of you might have thought that this is what Hue is about… but let me tell you something, Fridays are for Hue too! 

The magic happened during the HOC x Delayed event at Laut last month. Hue on the closing slot, and the rest is history. We couldn’t be happier to host this recording, a masterclass from Hue on high energy selection, with an eclectic and diverse set. Walking the line between brainy and cheeky fun. One that left us with a smile in our face (and wishing the event went on for a couple hours more). 

Tune in for a slice of what the Delayed crew brought to Barcelona on that night, with Hue in complete control!

SUNA (@sunabass) , Korean artist and resident/cofounder of vurt. (@vurtkr) Seoul club.  SUNA's DJ set expresses a fear of unknown world through musical spatiality. She communicates with the audience conveying various human emotions as desire, anxiety, hope and suchlike. The deep, emotional yet simple sound she has been seeking for, mingles with the hypnotic atmosphere that techno's musical structure and pattern have to offer, leads us to the new dimension expanding the present to infinite universe.
