Originally set to release to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of the label, 5 Years On The Run sets to celebrate the works of label staples, introduce the audience to upcoming artists, and collaborate with artist we've always wanted to work with.  It's a celebration of all things funk and dedicated to local Calgary legend Prof Dean Clarke who was always an advocate of all things funk and always pushed the importance to independent, home grow talent. We love and miss you Dean. May your infectious enthusiasm for music live on through the music
