This is a sweet song written by a mother not wanting her child to grow up. It's somewhat bittersweet for me since I'm going to college in less than a year. 

I wish I could go back in time and sing this to myself as a baby.

Hey! I'm Emily, and I post covers of my favorite artists and songs! They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so this is my way of saying 'thank you' to these artists for bringing music into my life. Ingrid Michaelson is a HUGE inspiration in my life, and it is my DREAM to meet her one day so I can personally thank her for her music! She inspired me to learn the ukulele, and to use harmonies. I also play guitar and (some) piano on my tracks, as well as vocals. Harmony is one of my favorite aspects of music, so I use quite a bit of it.
