blood on tiles

White sheets ablaze, the host with comet tails to chase
Whos cycledrone spiral called upon a lightspeed shape up 
With its lanes set straight for us
Look up; there it is, stretching out
Waltzing, in powdered robes of pink and molten glass
Her glowing gowns and neutral mass, with such comely hands

New build manikins staring delicately still
Whilst worthwhile flowers die as they’re rushed up by the sun
And then the phrase turned and ran away
Dripping taps, metronomic guide through the night
But no one’s heard those famous last words, declared 
Down the plug and lost at sea, treasures no one finds, but me, it seems

Now now nights wise owls, build us in some meaning
Such eloquence, such a beautiful evening
The keepsakes are leaving, so precious and just

But were cut from the recurring dreams
