Eighteen year-old Emily Vance is keeping it real and sharing her heart as she creates lyrics every girl of her generation can relate to on her debut EP Finding My Way – comprised of four infectious tracks that showcases her emotional power as a vocalist. The set features two singles – “Serendipity,” the whimsical, high energy romp that conjures up the ideal man produced by Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount of ZK Productions (Mayday Parade, All Time Low); and the Mike Froedge produced and 2013 Georgia Music Award winner for Best Video – Youth“Something Stupid,” a lush, soaring power ballad about sticking love out through the hard times. Rounding out the EP are “I’m Back” and “Falling Away”.
“The songs on the EP tell part of my life story, but they are all things people can connect with.” says Emiy. “That’s really my goal – to reach out to people, make the personal universal. In many ways, I’m singing the book of my life.”
