French II dedicated his last 2,5 years crafting his producing skills and Graveyard Shift is going to be his first output as a solo artist. Formerly known for being part of DJs/Producers group BANGANAGANGBANGERS, he spent 7 years specializing in the Bass and Drum & Bass scene, gaining a lot of live experience with over 200 shows.

“Like probably every producer, I made a lot of beats before I was convinced enough to put out my first track. For this new project I am searching for a more mature signature sound, focusing on driving drums and breaks. Graveyard Shift is a dark, 85 BPM stomper Halftime track which fits perfectly in the sets I like to play.”

Three years after releasing his Drama EP , A-Sim returns to Eddy Larkin with Weird Dreams and Trouble Sleeping, an intriguing, nocturnal invitation for insomniac dance that combines London and Detroit influences with the producer’s deeper and more personal style.

We're pleased to be able to premiere another contribution to the deeper, more reflective and exploratory side of the label with 'It's Been a While'. Playful and detailed percussion runs under dreamy atmospherics to give this track a beautifully melancholic feel. Sit back and enjoy.
