The result after almost 3.5 years of disco al dente simply makes me happy: 29 mixes and artworks, being the host for 12 great buddies who have given my channel even more edge and texture with their very own style, another 12 mixes that I've made as guest mixes for other wonderful people who share my fascination with Italo Disco and enrich the Italo Disco bubble immensely, as well as 631 unique, overused and forgotten tracks that express the beauty of Bel Paese and nip any criticism in the bud with their unmistakable sound.

So here it is, the anniversary special – the 30th special edition of this exclusive Italo Disco podcast – and not only are the sparks flying, but the mice are also dancing around the table, even if the cats are still in the house. The result is called "LA FESTA DEI TOPI" and reflects the Festival of Mice. Stars like Brian Topolino, Topo Tenere, Rat Angel DJ, and I topi di Ruggeri are on board, delivering an Italo disco party the world has probably never seen before. Long-lasting entertainment is guaranteed; the mix has a running time of almost two hours and runs at a respectable 118 BPM.

This mix is something very special to me. It's the kind of Italo disco that makes my heart race, makes me happy, calms me, and has sweetened my strength training and any other sporting activity for decades. As always, I've only included releases here that I haven't used before. Some of these tracks are so rare that I'm sometimes the only holder of them on Discogs, which is a real baffle for me, as these are simply gems of music history.

A thousand thanks to my loyal followers, channels, and colleagues. The many inspiring chats and the resulting acquaintances/friendships and the mutual enrichment motivate me to continue this project for a long time and to take the next step with disco al dente soon!
