My family laughs, but I prefer to drive, not fly, on long trips, especially alone.  Something about seeing a different part of the country, a highway I’ve never traveled, where people I don’t know go about daily lives so different than mine – “where no one knows my name….”   Don’t know why, but somehow it makes me feel all is right with the world. I have been playing with this song for a while..  I decided to use 'found sounds' for a lot of the backing music - the photo is from a roadtrip I was lucky enough to take through Europe 3 years ago and the car sounds are variously from a holiday roaming the streets of Wellington NZ.  :-)

Here's a guitar jam/solo I wrote that takes inspiration from the guitar solo section of Poison's Bodytalk, as I am a huge Richie Kotzen fan, he's one of my favorite guitar players. I made this long jam and just free-styled over it. I added a lot of layers with the use of organs/electric pianos and some trumpets. 
All guitars, bass guitar and organs/pianos were recorded by me, as well as the programming for the drums, trumpets and sax.
My go to guitar for the entire song was my schecter custom
