This is my Audio assignment for my radio production class; a mini documentary series entitled "Mythic Medicine for the Modern World." 

Some concepts to be explored in the imagination segment include art therapy, the role that the imagination has in myth making, the history of myth in our collective story and creative geniuses or "daemons." 

In the ritual segment we will discuss how it is still prevalent today in ceremonies like graduation, marriage and funerals and why it plays such an important role in our lives. 

The final segment is on dreaming and will explore topics including but not limited to; archetypes, symbology, the collective unconscious and popular dream myths.

What originally started out as a small class project grew with all the excellent material I was able to gather thanks to the experts who agreed to take part! This is now more of a teaser as I will post the full length radio documentary in the Spring.
