I was featured on the Nisia New Album,working on sicilian traditional repertoire

As answer to the traditional Sicilian Lullaby I chose this text I wrote two years ago after what became of the Arab Spring, comparing this "Revolution" to the attitude of a little girl


آنَ الأوانُ  يا صغيرتي
أنْ تستريحي قليلاً
تَعِبْتُ منْ ثَرثَرَتِكِ
نامي قليلا

يأكدُ العلماءُ  أنَ الصغار  يَنْمُونَ
وَهُمْ  نِيَامْ
لأنهم يحلمونَ بأنفسِهم كبارا

مذْ نطقتي
والا" تلوَ اللا"

تتجاهلينَ الكلماتِ الأخري
