Even tho my love for music is rooted within in Hip Hop, I also have the up most respect & love for other genres such as Pop,Trance, Dubstep etc. Thats why as a producer i try not to put my self in a box, I make any type of music that draws any type of emotion out of me. This track is an example of when Hip Hop & Pop music meet. & Just to set the bar up even higher, I collabed with my boy Mike Barry (Who Is one of the dopest producers that I know personally) To add some Dubstep elements to the track, & This is was what we came up with !

This track was inspired by the quality of music (Primarily Hip Hop & R&B)  that I listened to as a kid growing up In the late 90's, A young kid in East Orange, NJ , I was inspired by alot of New Jersey Hip Hop artist such as Redman, Naughty By Nature, The Fugees, Queen Latifah as well as New York artist like Biggie, Jay-Z , Nas, DMX, LLCoolJ, Wu-Tang Clan,Busta Rhymes etc (I could go on for days lol). The 90's Era was a very pivotal point in Hip Hop & Music as whole. It is point in time that can never be replaced, But every now and then i try my best to revisit that time period within my music just to pay homage to my upbringings.

Every time i work on an R&b project I always draw inspiration from the 80's with artist such as Prince, Marvin Gaye etc. Soundz of L.O.V.E is all sex driven music basically. Hip Hop is currently where majority the music is Trap & Dance music. Hip Hop has been missing that soul that was very prominent in the Late 90's & Early 2000's. Producers like Just Blaze, Kanye West are producers that I personally credit with incorporating large amount of soul in Hip Hop music. With this track, I just wanted to take it back to the essence when Hip Hop was soulful & a lot emotion in it.
