SSR Yung E - I Got It (ft. T.Zonin)

Ssr Yung E is a 20-year-old Rhode Island and New York-based rapper, singer, and song-writer. Using music as an escape after his grandmother's passing, Ssr wanted nothing more than to make her proud. Artists like Yungeen Ace motivated him to follow his love for music, and after a long talk with a close friend that Ssr Yung E considered a role model, he had all of the support and reassurance he needed to pursue music as a career. Through hard work and innovative sounds, he managed to cultivate his own hip-hop and soul fusion similar to JaydaYoungan, Project Youngin, Yung Bleu, Fredo Banks, and Polo G. 

Ssr Yung E strives to make relatable, inspirational music that can reach international platforms spanning beyond the United States. The duality of his music ensures that he has tracks that can be the life of the party for any turn-up session, but also those that explain the hardships and struggles that he's overcome in life to get to where he is. Throughout quarantine, Ssr used music to connect with himself, losing all insecurities as soon as he started writing over a beat. After countless edits and mixes to create the perfect track to enter the scene, he released his debut single, "Imperfect Love" on July 3, 2020. His newest release, "I Got It," featuring local Rhode Island legend T. Zonin premiered on September 10, 2020, and is just the beginning of the string of releases he has set to premiere on October 25, 2020.
