Ride For You is the first release by EdThePlayer and is plea to a girl he’s in love with. This is a beautiful and melodically powerful song that shares the struggles of falling in love without having the money to love. 

In the first verse, he talks about what he could do if she let’s him show her the love he has for him and the chorus is a plea to her not to leave, promising the best in the nearest future. 

The second verse contains the struggles he’s going through to make ends meet and how he can’t give her all his time at the moment because if he does so, she could leave him and follow the Alhaji in question
 
The third verse, he talks about how he affirms to the fact that money and love is connected, how he also knows he’s not there but he’ll be there soon
The outro shares how he numbs the pain in his heart by getting high
