Wellness consultant, clinical hypnotherapist, transformational coach, sound healer, yoga + Qoya teacher, and retreat leader. My mission is to help traumatised/anxious/grieving/burnt out folks to recover joyfully, via movement, dance, stillness, music, and radical compassion.  I’m healing from my own trauma and addictions, finding my groove, and turning my dreams into reality. I love music and I love to dance, especially to electro, techno, dub and acid house. I'm also interested in guided meditations, yogic teachings and soundtracks, and I make my own hypnosis and meditation recordings.
