Emortualis, a prominent name in death metal, originated as "Hellraiser" in 1989, shaping their journey from the ominous shadows of northwest Italy. After intense rehearsals, their 1991 studio debut hinted at the horrors ahead, thriving in the prime of the underground death metal scene. Conquering stages, they left a trail of darkness, yet personal difficulties led to their disbandment in 1993, mourning the loss of a promising act.

In a triumphant return in November 2014, Emortualis reunited, releasing the EP 'Biological' in 2016. Tragedy struck in 2017 with the passing of founding member M, suspending the project. Undeterred, the band rose again in 2022 with a revamped lineup, infusing old-school death metal with modern elements.
