Ilona Maras is back to rattle the warehouse walls with her latest release, "Open Your Mind," dropping on The YellowHeads' powerhouse label, Reload Black. Known for her pulse-pounding productions and jaw-dropping sets, Ilona has been making serious waves in the underground scene in 2025. With support from heavyweights like Alan Fitzpatrick and Victor Ruiz, she's the name that's been burning up the European circuit. 

The Swiss maestro is unleashing a two-track sonic assault that promises to blow the cobwebs off any dark, sweaty club space. The title track, "Open Your Mind," is a hypnotic blend of earth-shaking basslines and thundering kick drums. It's like a sonic freight train plowing through a festival late-night stage, leaving nothing but pure dancefloor artillery in its wake. And those acid flickers? Premiere: Brennen Grey "No I Don't" - GRY LBL

Say What? returns with Dani Sbert and Mr Coalman bringing Aluvion EP — a fierce four-tracker fusing raw energy, mechanical drive, and hypnotic grit in equal measure.

First off is Dani Sbert’s 'Aluvion' opens the release with a relentless pulse: pounding low-end pressure, modular undertones, and an industrial edge that captures the tension of a warehouse at full tilt. It’s stripped-down yet massive — a pure tool designed to ignite late-night floors.

Next up is Mr Coalman’s remix of 'Aluvion' twists the original into darker, dust-coated territory. Gritty textures, distorted percussion, and a brooding sense of motion create a raw, analog-heavy reinterpretation that feels both primal and forward-thinking.

The third track on the release is Mr Coalman’s 'Ash and Stone' and dives deep into a murky, hypnotic groove — where smoldering atmospheres and broken metallic hits fuse into a pressure-cooker of tension and groove. It’s a track that breathes, evolves, and burns slow.

The last track on the Ep is Dani Sbert’s remix of 'Ash and Stone' and closes it with precision and power, reshaping the Original into a high-impact floor weapon. Razor-sharp hats and a thunderous kick carve through layers of smoke and delayed synth layers, reaffirming both producers’ command of raw, unfiltered techno.

For this new release we are happy to welcome Bateko to our Say What? family who brings us directly into darker, stripped-back territory, delivering a raw 4-tracker that captures the grit and immediacy of warehouse techno. Built around relentless grooves and hypnotic repetition, this record is designed for dancefloors that thrive on pressure and intensity.

The title track 'Torn' sets the tone with jagged percussion, rolling synth textures, and a relentless pulse that never lets up. It’s a cut that tears straight into the subconscious, blurring the line between control and chaos.

'Rode Beat' injects a raw funk into the EP, a rolling groove that balances stripped-down percussion with a hypnotic undercurrent. Minimal yet powerful, it’s the kind of track that creeps up on you and then refuses to let go.

'Guitar Hero' adds a left-field touch, weaving distorted guitar stabs into a pounding techno framework. It’s unconventional, gritty, and unmistakably Bateko — a track that hints at punk energy while remaining firmly rooted in techno’s raw foundations.

Closing the release with 'PT' Bateko pushes forward with a more mechanical drive — tight, looping drum work, subtle shifts in rhythm, and industrial edges that keep the tension locked tight. Emperraum is a Georgian DJ and electronic music producer based in Tbilisi, actively exploring hypnotic, melancholic, and chaotic elements. His creative vision is deeply rooted in metaphysical concepts and a higher hierarchy of thought.

Projects before Emperraum 
David Germain (2013–2018): Gained recognition in the electronic music scene, winning Gem Fest 2016 and played with Oliver Deutschmann, Shinedoe and etc. and performing in various clubs. Established a signature sound before transitioning into new projects.

Modular Synth Affection (2019–2022, 2025–Present): Co-founded this duo, blending Dub, Lo-fi House, Techno, Breakbeat, and Disco. Performed at events like Echowaves Festival, Alibi Arena, Dedaena Bar, and secret underground raves across Georgia and Ukraine.

Emperraum (2020–Present): A powerful force in the techno scene, releasing music on key labels such as Diffuse Reality, Otomo Trax (OBSCUUR), Eclipse Recordings, Dreizehn Schallplatten, and more. His releases 'Decent Understanding Methods' and 'Love Hate Tragedy' LPs marked a pivotal moment, fusing experimental textures with storytelling soundscapes.

His distinctive sound has earned support from artists like Oliver Deutschmann, Ben Klock, SVRECA, Flavia Laus, Lewis Fautzi, Ben Sims, Evigt Mörker, Dax J, Ellen Allien, Boston 168, Fatima Hajji, and Takaaki Itoh.
