Empress Libra, also known by Soulja Life Empress, has always been musically gifted. At the age of 7, she started to write & perform poetry. At 17, Empress developed a deep passion for music. She began recording & shared her music for the 1st time.

Throughout the course of her musical career, Empress has won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life. Currently, she performs at a variety of venues, all the while recording new music. She is an independent artist based out of Jacksonville, FL.

While she does draw inspiration from her favorite artists, she doesn’t really have an artist that she mimics. Empress is original in her flow, delivery & approach to music. She feels that her music comes from a higher place; “it has to flow naturally.”

In 2018, she pursued her dream of becoming a professional recording artist. In Oct 2018, Empress released her FEAR Pt. 1 Mixtape. (Pt. 2 will release in 2020). She released her 1st single, Purple Clouds, in Nov 2018, Something Different in Feb 2019, Secret in July 2019, & Duval in Jan 2020. Purple Clouds currently has 112k+ plays on SoundCloud. Her debut album, Soulja Life, will release in 2020.
