Techno

Due to our good friends from Firespace, we had the great opportunity to contribute a little bit of our music to the infamous Fusion Festival - in our opinion, one of the most beautiful festivals in the world regarding electronic music.
Despite we had - like the year before - a little bit of rain during our floor times, it was one of the most intense experiences we made, since our start as a team in 2007.

The journey was opened from 5am to 7am by our most famous member Martin Anacker, who played a really groovy "vinyl only" set connecting the good old times with brand-new vibes. Baba Sikander, the newest member of our little music brotherhood, took the next step in our journey and guided us through mysterious woods. After a rain induced pause, Niemand & Keiner slowed down the pace a lot. Between 110 and 113 BPM their travel from dark to light was devoted to the dancers and chillers, who needed a little bit of rest from the hammering Tanzwüste and the other, harder floors. Accompanied by the beautiful sun, they emptied their treasure box 5 hours in a row (17°° to 22°°). Here are the first two hours of their journey. Their new studio mix was uploaded just a month ago, so have a look at their soundcloud, if you like, what you heard - but careful: It´s faster - 118 BPM and running!

The 9th release on SNOE is a proper statement-release! Labelfriend, DJ & producer Roy Rosenfeld has joined the squad with this four track banger, „Momentum EP“. As it’s name, the titel track is a force of nature with trippy percussions and a hypnotic groove, which brings a solid „Momentum“ to the dance floor. Second track on the EP, “Bueno”, follows the trippy mood but twists the groove with a vocal accompanied by a constantly overturning synth. The first remix of “Bueno” is made by the Italian duo The Deepshakerz, and is a mega techno monster tune in true Deepshakerz-style. Simply a must-hear for people enjoying driving percussions and on-spot grooves. Compact Grey did the second remix of “Bueno” and turned it into a rolling, groovy DJ-tool with quirky twists where you just can’t stand still. Enjoy!

Christian Schiemann, a native of Dresden, is both an upcoming producer and a DJ with a strong presence in the Zurich techno scene. You might have encountered him at Hive club, where he holds a residency, or many other of the underground clubs and parties that Zurich is notorious for.

He is also part of the Les Enfants Terribles Collective, that is well known for their infamous partys in Switzerland and other countries in the world. He also manage`s as part of a duo the L.E.T Music Label.
Balancing power, deep grooves, and melody, Christian effortlessly strides the many facets that techno embodies. With several releases and remixes , his musical imprint also has its place in the studio.

If he is not alone behind the decks then he is probably playing as part of Hug and Schiemann, a synergic and powerful duo that exists since 2014.
In the last years he had the chance to play in various Clubs around the world and share the booth with many great musicians, national Dj´s and international.

Empro's Upcoming Gigs

EMPRO

Empro grew up in Thuringia in East Germany during the late 80s. His interest on the variety of electronic music awakes in the mid-90s. Following the move to Berlin in 2000 and an intense journey through different styles of the new music movement, he quickly dipped into the scene and became an active part of it.

Until today techno music has not lost anything of its charm to him. Empro has the pleasure to play his music in clubs and on festivals all over the world. In 2012 he became a resident DJ at the world-famous club Sisyphos in Berlin.

Empros first DJ gig was in 2003 at Underground Berlin below Alexanderplatz. Numerous gigs followed and within a short time he played in Berlins most popular clubs like Panoramabar, Watergate, Tresor, Bar25, Maria, WMF and Polar TV.

You can describe Empros music as trippy, twisted, dynamic, organic, daisy and always forwards. He is well-known for his energetic enduring TechHouse Sets, alongside he invites everyone to listen, feel and enjoy the music and makes everybody dance like nobody is watching, also himself.

Taken by the desire to create something unique he founded together with Ruede Hagelstein the booking agency Mind The Crap in 2004. Afterwards he decided to set up his own and still ongoing business project „free agency“.

In 2011 he had his own Techno Club called Levee. Besides he is the initiator of varied party series in and around Berlin like HomeSweetHome (in co-op with Marcus Meinhardt) and Betriebsfeier (founded in 2003 together with Coco Berlin). Moreover he supported the Melt!Festival with organizing the Sleepless Floor for many years and was involved in festivals like SonneMondSterne, Fusion and Sonar OFF.

Apart from being a DJ all over, he released since 2006 his own productions and remixes on several labels like BAR25, Heinz Music, Upon.You Records and Freizeitglauben. Empro is currently back in his studio and you should watch out for his next releases.
