Riding high off the back of one of her most prolific years in the studio to date, internationally celebrated techno sensation Simina Grigoriu steamrollers into 2022 with continued vigour, as she unveils her next huge extended player, Rooftop Ballerina / Pirouette.
Set for worldwide release on Friday, January 21 via her beloved Kuukou Records imprint, Simina’s emphatic two-part Rooftop Ballerina / Pirouette EP is another remarkable showcase in immersive, avant-garde techno from an artist who has carved out a reputation over the past few years as one of the most industrious and exciting talents on the European techno circuit.
Commencing the double-sided cut with the absorbing opener Rooftop Ballerina, Simina makes her intentions known from the outset, conjuring an uncompromising blend of driving kicks, techy synths and exquisitely layered drum samples to masterful effect. A hard-hitting production and arguably the most intricate rendition on the EP, Simina’s impressive tenacity shines through in spades with this latest offering, as she adds to her flourishing career discography with yet another huge dancefloor weapon.
On the flip, the Kuukou label boss demonstrates her distinctive production versatility with the equally tough finale, Pirouette. Building a mesmerising array of distorted undulating basslines and glitchy, industrial samples with trademark ease, Simina Grigoriu pulls out all the stops for her latest techno roller, to close out the EP in resounding fashion.

Berliner Daniel Boon delivers a heavy dose of Techno in his “Julio” EP, racking up two similarly titled that complement each other, adjoined by a remix from Kuukou label chief Simina Grigoriu and the one and only Torsten Kanzler.
Moving to the realm of sub bass percussion and tunnelling synths comes in "Julio", an equally compelling piece with its distinct melody and its impeding lead line. 
Simina Grigoriu chimes in on the remix for "Julio", undercutting the main groove and morphing it into a more playful yet solemn reconstruction. 
"Juno" kicks off with a sturdy bassline that aims straight to the core: cavernous and monumental, it completely envelops the listener in an instant. 
TRK main man Torsten Kanzler sings off the final rework, a glitch heavy, immersive and powerful Techno exploration. 
Brimming with energy, all four tracks stand out and offer intense, energy-driven tools to stir up any dancefloor.

After a couple of successful releases, Emrah has chosen to be a featured artist on beatport.com, and supported by well known artists around the world.

Today Emrah Celik is a successful producer and a well known dj in the global dance music arena who travel around and playing. He is impressing the crowd with his dj skills and experience built over a decade, and he is satisfying his audience by his great music performance.
