With a love for storytelling and melody, EMS has dedicated years to perfecting the art of songwriting and instrumental arrangements, blending raw emotion with captivating soundscapes.

His debut album, Ecliptic, showcases a rich tapestry of themes, from introspective ballads to high-energy anthems. While the vocals on Ecliptic are delivered by a talented female vocalist, the music, lyrics, and arrangements are entirely EMS’s work, reflecting his commitment to authentic and evocative artistry.

Special Note: A heartfelt thank-you to the incredible vocalist who brought Ecliptic to life. Her stunning performances elevated every track. While her name cannot be credited on the platform due to limitations, her contribution is deeply valued and integral to the album’s creation.

This track describes a historic change in landscape in Bristol, UK due to the Bristol Blitz, an event in the second World War. Dr Optimiser's local park - some 200 yards from his house was bomb during the war. It used to be an urban terrace house area. When the bombs fell, the park was created instead of rebuilding the houses. This is the park in which Dr Optimiser's children play in now. Some of the bricks were shipped to Brooklyn to make reclaimed sea foundations, the rest were piled up in mounds. These mounds still exist in the park today, and most people are unaware of the history. Zoe Maria with this backstory created a great vocal story to support this event in history.
