\m/ A Tribute to My Friend Neal \m/

This is a series of songs that I improvise over in a tribute to my great friend Neal. He was my inspiration, a guitarist, a friend, a father, a husband and a great human being. I never could play guitar like him or get the notes that he could magically just make happen. He was a tone, note, and melodic stringer bender. He played beautiful chords and progressions along with some amazing finger picking. He was a lover of music, we had a lot in common especially when it came to guitarist, we loved our shredders, our favorite bands and concerts that we attended. He had a great smile, personality and was always trying to better himself in life especially playing the guitar. 

The songs will consist of 4 backing tracks that I Improvise and play lead over. These tracks help me with the mourning of my friend. I have permission to use and post by the Artist creators. This is a series of songs that I improvise over in a tribute to my great friend Neal. He was my inspiration, a guitarist, a friend, a father, a husband and a great human being. I never could play guitar like him or get the notes that he could magically just make happen. He was a tone, note, and melodic stringer bender. He played beautiful chords and progressions along with some amazing finger picking. He was a lover of music, we had a lot in common especially when it came to guitarist, we loved our shredders, our favorite bands and concerts that we attended. He had a great smile, personality and was always trying to better himself in life especially playing the guitar. 

The songs will consist of 4 backing tracks that I Improvise and play lead over. These tracks help me with the mourning of my friend. I have permission to use and post by the Artist creators. 3.	Never Got A Chance To See You-I was supposed to plan a trip to go see Neal very soon. For the last 2 years I have waiting to do this but something had always come up. I had a chance to go see him before Christmas in early December 2020. But because of multiple airport change overs and COVID, I was at risk. I could not afford that chance of getting the virus so I did not go. I found out the week that I would have traveled there that my friend passed away. I found this out after Christmas that he passed. So know you understand the Title that I have chosen.

2.	The Inspiration You Gave Me- These are my thoughts of Neal, he was the reason why I got onto SoundCloud. He wanted me to create and make music again after nearly 20 years or so. I don’t think I would have ever done this without him giving me courage and support in my ideas and playing. I never was an amazing guitar player and had to force myself to learn but he believed in me and he loved a lot of my ideas. He was the force behind me to start taking lessons again which I ran into a high school friend who was a sound engineer where I started learning software’s and many other things for recording over the 2 years. This would not been possible without Neal’s love and passion of being my friend and dedication to music. He was my inspiration.\m/

Just Look Around

This is a Raw Demo recording on 2/21/2021 a “Work In Progress”.
Raw: What does RAW mean to me, not having undergone processes of preparing, finishing, refining, or mastering: It is what was recorded at that time in its current state. So expect mistakes either recording or by playing. I recorded with a V sitting down, do you know how hard it is to play with a V upright or facing down in your lap. So I got this MIJ 96-97 Jackson RR2 V, but the real pickups were replaced with some Gibson’s and where not installed correctly, these are better than what the guitar actual came with so this is a winner so far. I passed it on to my luthier and had him redo the electronics and a full setup. This is an all original guitar except pickups; new OFR is on the way and was recommended by a Jackson tech that has the same guitar. I can’t wait.  So this is the sound of the pickups in its current state.
