Viva La Luna's "The Last of Me" brings together tracks written between 2018 and 2024, blending lo-fi downtempo, trip-hop, a touch of drum & bass and electronica with echoes of Middle Eastern folk. From the haunting textures of “Devedikeni” and “Mérida” to the raw intimacy of the title track, the EP feels like a personal diary stitched from memory, imperfection, and atmosphere. Samples from Gustavo Santaolalla, Vangelis, PFM, Sezen Aksu, Nizamettin Ariç, Umut Altınçağ, and others surface like ghosts, tying Western to Turkish, Kurdish and Zaza traditions. The EP embraces imperfection, uneven mixes and tape-like textures as part of its character. Inspired in part by Boards of Canada, along with echoes of Istanbul nights and broken memories, "The Last of Me" feels both nostalgic and experimental: a farewell that lingers like a memory.

"Too Much To Ask" is the debut song from my upcoming album "Sweet Summer". It captures the emotional essence of asking your crush to dance with you.

The overall sound itself is moulded to bring the ambience of an "indie summer" and the and nervous innocence of asking "someone special" to dance with you.

The second part of the song introduces a "sweet tension" French Horn that encapsulates the tension in the air once you get the person on the dance floor.

Hey everyone, I’m putting my entire collection of music free available for download.
I put a lot of work into music back when I thought it was a worthwhile endeavor.
I’ve seen that its a relentless, competitive, non cooperative, and generally a rather selfish endeavor for most who do not care about other musicians besides their crews, entourages or simply about getting their cash payout. So I’m just putting my music out for free in its entirety.
The Album Free From You, took a year to make, which was my debut.
It was professionally made and was to be a accessible album while remaining in the sincerity of what I do musically.
I tried. But have for the most part of my life seen that people generally in the music scene are mostly selfish scoundrels. I will leave it at that. Lobbying and rhetoric in the music arena are not of any actual help to music or musicians as its not a community. It’s mostly just a music mob trying to maintain their hold on what should be a respectful community. When has respect become about disrespect, and when was music made about hype or honoring those who do not deserve it. That’s not music.
Is the music about the musician or is the musician about music.
Here is my contribution to the world of what I thought was something of great meaning.
