I've been 'going to sell my Octatrack' for the last 2 years. I nearly did again but thought I'd try and get it to work as a quick remixing tool. It worked, so now I'm not going to sell it again. I used 7 stems from the curated stems pack - some Starkey, Pixelord, Dranq - mostly with the Octatrack sample mashing abilities and a bit of live jamming on the crossfader. I guess I was feeling a bit Jon Hopkins, Max Cooper ish vibe when I wrote the 2nd part, and the 1st part is erm, a sort of dank ambience. I didn't really have any particular style in mind when I wrote it though, just let it be what it wanted to be.
