Meja (Jose Buitrago)Co-Founder of POWER TO THE PEOPLE Collective  is a Colombian DJ and producer based in Montreal.
Influenced by a tasty deep/tech house, voices and festive techno, he tries to keep his origins and reflect it in the music he produces; creating stories that stimulate the subconscious.
He has Found his inspiration within the influences of Pan Pot, Fur coat, Kollektive Turmstrasse and M.a.n.d.y.
As Part of the musical Duo MEJAS, alongside Julian Abecassis; He is now performing in local venues such as Le Salon Daome, Newspeak, Velvet and Kafein also Illusion Festival. working in collaboration with Collectives like KONTRAST, NO BASS NO FUN, Co-INCIDENCES and 8DAY
