His ever-evolving mixes span various branches of techno. Juan is also a very active producer and his productions have been released in both digital and vinyl formats. Labels such as [R]3volution Records, Combine Audio or Primitive State among others have released their work.

Timo Reitzklang is a DJ and producer from Sauerland, Germany. Since 1994, he has been a prominent figure in the electronic music scene. Inspired by the legendary Sound of Frankfurt and the powerful rhythms of early Acid, Techno and Psytrance, he has developed a unique sound over the years. Today, his music explores raw, hypnotic techno and dub techno, creating a deep, immersive journey for listeners. With a clear vision for innovative sound and an unmistakable groove, his productions have been featured on renowned labels such as AnalogMusic and Superordinate Dubwaves. His sets blend complex rhythms and driving basslines that take the audience into trance-like states, constantly exploring new musical horizons. Our 125th episode features the great German DJ, producer and label owner Bastian Balders.

Offering us a Deep and Groovy sonic journey, this recording from his set at Kolaj 22 Poprad in Slovakia on Feb 15th brings us back to the memory we had from the set his played at Art Bei Ton x AFFIN back on March 2023!

Bastian Balders is a techno producer, label owner, and DJ based in Leipzig, Germany. He has been part of the electronic music scene as a fan and listener since the 90s. 

In the early 2010s, he began creating his own music and joined the Berlin-based techno label Konsequent Records. In 2019, he founded his own label, “Balders Audio,” releasing music with artists such as Alex Bau and Alexander Kowalski. In January 2020, he made his debut at Tresor Berlin. His style is characterized by catchy, loop-driven techno with raw, hypnotic elements.

Hailing from Belgium, Border One has amassed an irrefutable reputation in his home country and beyond since the release of his first 12-inch record in 2015. Between a fascination for sound discovery through the use of his modular synthesizer and his loyalty to the classic club rhythms, Border One’s style serves as a swiss-army knife for promoters and DJ’s on an international level. 
With a self description expressing a priority to make the crowd move, his music does not fall short of its intention. Forward thinking in its conception rendered highly functional in its implementation, Border One’s music finds middle ground in an increasingly polarized musical climate for the genre; whether it be through his selection as a DJ or his technicality as a producer. Considering this, his release catalogue seems only appropriate. He has released EP’s on Knowledge Imprint, Setaoc Masse’s SK-X, his own Border One Records, Freddy K’s KEY vinyl imprint, and the infamous Token Records to name a few.
