In 2021, Tehotu launched Pattern, a prominent streaming radio in Berlin dedicated to promoting artist independence. Through Pattern, he showcases global artists with live performances every weekend in the city's iconic basement venues. For Tehotu, techno is more than music; it embodies fundamental values, a message consistently conveyed through his DJ sets, productions, and radio initiatives.

A Few days after releasing a track on our [𝙰𝙱𝚃-𝚅𝙰⁰⁰⁵], those talented DJ and producer offers us a powerful club set, between Deep, Mental and Driving.

Audio Units craft a detailed, modern interpretation of techno while paying homage to its roots. The brother duo draw their inspiration from a myriad of subjects including art, science fiction, and technology. 

Their production style combines pulsating up-tempo trips across landscapes that can be sophisticated and subtle or rhythmic and riveting. Omnipresent groove and power on their records manoeuvre and meld in the same streamlined motion they harness as DJs. 
Their works have appeared on enduring digital and vinyl imprints such as Molecular, Newrhythmic, Dynamic Reflection, and Illegal Alien.

A desire for showcasing overseas artists and a push for immediate momentum of Indian talent inspired the inception of "Observant" in 2019 with dotdat. An unembellished record label that serves as a conduit to unite both worlds. They continue to contribute to this burgeoning ecosystem through their educational venture at “Beatworx” teaching music production, sound design and DJ lessons as well as organising bespoke techno events at “Afterworx” since 2010.

Bio:
His taste didn't evolve, he didn't start with Depeche Mode or Tangerine Dream, he started with Techno from Ruskin, Surgeon, Jeff Mills, Robert Hood. The year 2002 and an event with James Ruskin at the Energy Institute influenced his life quite a bit. Immediately after that event he sold a kidney and bought his first turntables. Techno has been with him ever since and is the most important aspect of his life. He draws inspiration mainly from the Detroit scene. His sets are a mix of classical, danceable and rhythmic techno. This mix is full of scifi Techno straight from Dj's like: Mike Storm, Jeff Mills, Oscar Mulero, Dj Surgeles, Pyramidal Decode, Developer.

First released on Cloned Vinyl in 1998, Justin Berkovi who has stormed back onto the scene recently in 2025, re-releases this banging classic. Brutal City is a pounding relentless smashed up percussive powerhaus that doesn't let up. Layer upon layer of thick grooves keep things moving. Risk Rumblin' does just that - an eerie abstract venture into sublime darkness. Steadycam was the big track in 1998 - starts of relatively tame until the signature off beat baseline hits hard - play at your peril! Neon calms things down a notch but keeps the abstracted dark wibes...check it!

Next up joining the KYSH catalogue is Gannein who breaks in with a refined 5-track story that expands our vision of contemporary techno with depth, subtle tension and dancefloor appeal. His original cuts lean into a minimalistic elegance — spacious grooves, precise rhythms, and a sense of controlled pressure that keeps the body moving while the mind sinks deeper.

From the slow-burn intensity and airy low-end drift in the opening „Svaras”, through shimmering percussive details and understated melodic traces woven across the EP, Gannein proves his mastery of restraint, as every element breathes.

Two remixers complete the picture. Sciahri takes „Excursion” into a hypnotic, tightly wound direction, magnifying the pulse and sharpening the edges. Red Rooms, in turn, pushes the atmosphere of „Control Reduction” into tasteful, tribal territory — moody, yet driving.
