Engineered for spaciousness, the track unfolds like a foggy transmission from the floor, riding groovy percussion motifs and jamming over a 12-minute span. Halfway through, Aikida’s haunting, pitched-down vocals slip in, weaving a melodic shift that breathes new life into the track’s ambient swell.

Rekindling the flame of golden-era 2000s tech-house, “020” comes off both stomping and hazy.
