This is my submission for Andy Mineo's 2016 Summer Remix Contest!

With this remix, I wanted to express the excitement of entering New York City with a drop filled with big chords and a happy melodic lead line. I also wanted to integrate the street performers of New York, because I feel like they are such a big part of the city's culture and music. I did this by recording real congas, djembe, acoustic guitar, bass, and electric guitar after the first drop and then adding some of those elements into the second verse.

I would LOVE to collab with Andy, because I feel I have a lot of unique ideas that would compliment and add to his style.
