MASS Sessions #163 | Jayne Veronica

The Irish female selector has a flair for furious fist-pumping techno. Her sets are super-charged with acid and trance which shaped her sound. She is heavily influenced by Charlotte de Witte, Trym, Nico Moreno, Charlie Sparks and Vladimir Dubyshkin. 
Her tune selection won't go anything lower than 140bpm, leaving dancefloors in ruins with her fierce selects. This young artist is looking to leave a dent on Irish and English club culture through her slick mixing. Recently signed to Echelon booking agency based in the Uk it is not long before windows of opportunities open up. She also hopes to release her first EP within the next year. Expect raucous raw and untamed techno from this rising DJ in the year 2021 as big things are set to take place.

The Berlin based DJ/producer duo Vermeer merges experimental sound design and cinematic- music like atmosphere on fast techno grooves. Especially influenced by futuristic scores à la Sci- Fi-Noir their detail oriented sets definitely result in sounds one rarely experiences on dancefloors.
Their unconventional approach however does not make the DJ sets any less danceable as they put special emphasis on only selecting driving peak-time techno and mixing it with a large yet- to-be-released selection of their own.
For years they have been involved in the Berlin underground party collective "Selected Berlin" that also turned into a label last year and already hosts releases from some of the scenes most promising names such as Chlär, Swart, DIMI or The Chronics. Hosting and playing at parties among many prominent acts for years, Vermeer is deeply ingrained in Berlins underground techno-scene.
After years of shaping their very own signature sound, Vermeer now has a tight schedule of releases which are about to be dropped in 2022. Their first EP "Tokyo In" already got support by well established names such as Slam and Patrick Mason.

Sina XX won’t let you sleep. Having gained
recognition with his fierce closing at some of
Europe’s hottest rave: Possession, Gloria or
Mess, Sina XX is a true warrior of the original
rave culture, based on creativity, generosity and
inclusion.

Spotted by DJ AZF in 2018, his tracks are
playlisted by Ellen Alien, Perc or SPFDJ to
name a few. Bread by a strong collaborative
spirit, he launched «Body to Body», one of the
first exclusively collaborative label and engaged
initiatives of its kind.

Hyperactive, he’s coming back this Winter with a
4 trackers on Lobster Theremin.

Visionary at heart, Sina XX turned Paris’
alternative club experience on its head with his
collective subtyl, launching a multidisciplinary,
genre-crossing night series nurturing ritual and
the crowd’s self-expression.

Uncompromising in his dedication to his community,
here is today’s herald for a new techno scene that is
just as fierce and punk as it is socially engaged.
