Since its inception in 2007, our London based techno collective has always had its focus set on championing underground music through its resident Dj's and selected guests, playing at various events in the U.K and abroad. We are very excited to be taking the different shades of house and main room techno sound that has made Republic Artists a long standing and popular fixture in London's nightlife, to a wider audience through Republic Artists Label.

Republic Artists Records first E.P is focused on minimal grooves, classic drums and splashes of Acid that ride the blurred lines between minimal underground house and techno, destined for the club. Jacob B is a Polish producer aged just 21; his productions have been supported by a diverse range of acts, such as Hannah Wants, Mark Farina, Saytek, Citizen, Ben Mono, Amine Adge, De Sluwe Vos, Manooz, JMF, Viadrina, Groove Armada or Tanzlife, and we are thrilled to have him kick start the label for us.

Can you believe it? Fall of 2014 marks the 20TH ANNIVERSARY of YOSHITOSHI, the seminal record label founded by Deep Dish in 1994. To celebrate, we are bringing the classics back, remastered and with new remixes from an amazing group of heavy hitters from all corners of the dance world. Given that Yoshitoshi's roots are ingrained in house music, it's only fitting to start the #YoshiClassics campaign with Eddie Amador's "House Music". A true Yoshitoshi classic released in 1998 that went on to become a global phenomena. The hypnotic rhythm and infectious "Not Everyone Understands House Music" has become the preach anthem for generations of dance music lovers. Uto Karem, Robosonic & Anthony Attalla on Remix duties!
