Snowy Taiga

Ingredients:
all-purpose flour
sugar
unsweetened cocoa powder
nasty pumping bass
baking powder
baking soda
salt
espresso powder 
milk
dirty 303s
oil
eggs
vanilla extract
boiling water


Step-by-Step Instructions
Prep. Preheat the oven to 175C. Prepare two  cake pans by spraying with baking spray or buttering and lightly flouring.

Whisk dry ingredients. Add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and espresso powder to a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Whisk through to combine or, using your paddle attachment, stir through flour mixture until combined well.

Mix in wet ingredients. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla to flour mixture and mix together on medium speed until well combined. Reduce speed and carefully add boiling water to the cake batter until well combined.

Bake. Distribute cake batter evenly between the two prepared cake pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the center of the chocolate cake comes out clean.

Frost. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes, remove from the pan and cool completely. Frost with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.

Enrico Malavasi aka Mala,nato a Mantova nel 1994.
All'età di 11 anni avviene il suo primo contatto con la musica iniziando a suonare la chitarra (acustica e successivamente elettrica),ascoltando ed essendo fortemente influenzato da gruppi storici come:Metallica, Guns n roses,Iron Maiden,Black Sabbath..
Continuò questa sua passione/passatempo fino all'età di 15 anni quando casualmente durante una festa scolastica scoprì il mondo della musica elettronica e del Djing.
Da quel momento decise di dedicarsi totalmente a quella (oltre che agli studi scolastici);pochi mesi dopo il suo primo approccio con questa decise di comprarsi la sua prima consolle,composta da: 2 Cdj100 Pioneer e un mixer 2 canali.
Pochi mesi dopo iniziò a suonare in feste private nella zona di residenza e successivamente sul Cremonese.
Durante questo periodò scoprì la Dub step e drum and bass,gli piacque molto e si specializzò su quella,grazie a questa riuscì a suonare in diversi locali della zona tra cui il Temporock di Gualtieri (RE).
Nel 2012 tramite amici e serate presso il Music club di Fidenza (o Q) venne a conoscenza di un "nuovo" genere,la psytrance,goa,progressive e simili..
Fu amore a primo ascolto,tanto che lo portò a buttarsi totalmente in questa.
Pochi mesi dopo infatti riuscì ad andare a suonare nel locale in cui la conobbe.
Contemporaneamente tra il 2011 e il 2012 suonò in diversi locali come il Prins di Gussola (CR), il Mooby ex lime a Mantova e in molte altre feste.
Pochi mesi dopo il suo primo djset a Fidenza decise di iniziare a comporre pezzi propri di genere Goa minimale;tutto ciò utilizzando programmi come Cubase e Fl studio.
Questo è tutto per ora..manca solo da dire.. GOOD SOUND AND VIBES!
