This is an excert from Schoenberg's quintet for woodwinds. We've performed this great piece in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, where this recording was taken from.
This quintet is one of Schoenberg's first attempts in his newly established 12 tone methode. He has written a few rather short piano pieces before but this was a more ambitious attempt to write something of a rather large scale. The first movement is about 15 minutes long, the whole piece is around 40 minutes long. It might be very difficult to listen to at first but it has very special and exciting moments, and it's music which is very worthwhile to get to know.

It was one of the first minimalistic pieces written and has been recorded by numerous performers.It is written for any kind of instrumental ensemble, which is supposed to play a sort of improvisation based on patterns, and a structure and set  of rules written by Riley. 
We've played this piece in our debut program in December 2010 in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

Terry Riley- In C, Ensemble Fragment

This is another piece we've performed in our first program. The recording here, as well as the others was recorded live in Jerusalem and broadcasted several times on the Israeli Radio.
The pianist here is Ran Dank.

Recording of Jonathan Keren's piece "if a bell were I" from the Tel Aviv Museum concert hall. concert was held on 3.10 as part of the Israely Music Festival, held by the Israely music institut, produced by Rosalia Heifetz, recorded by Avi Elbaz.
The piece was commissioned by the ensemble for this concert.
