After a long hiatus of almost 7 years, Dhamo, on his real name Adam Bogdan, returned to one of his first passions, electronic beats. Coming from Constanta - Romania, Dhamo was involved from 2006 in the new local electronic underground movement at Berlin Club alongside friends Sepp, Rammon, Sonicvibe, Primarie etc. 
Later, besides gigs and a radio show, he started producing under his real name, Adam Bogdan, on labels as Skills, Axum or Similar. 
Played or collaborated with artist such as Mihai Popoviciu, Sepp, Andreas Lindemann, Primarie, Sonicvibe, Just D'light etc.   
Style on this new EP is different from the first releases and described as a combination of minimal, dub and tech house with a dash of deep vibes.

“Ovadya Hard to Define, but Easy to Rock”

They call themselves psychedelic world music with heavy Middle East influences. That much is evident.
But the members of Ovadya also say listeners might hear traces of System of a Down, Earth, Wind and Fire ... Alice in Chains. Heart also comes to mind, with the duel female vocals, and heavier Pink Floyd. None of it was influenced by anybody though.
Influenced "means a person tries to consciously emulate a sound," said guitarist and vocalist M Hurley, adding the only thing she ever tried to specifically emulate was popular sitar player Ravi Shankar. "There is so much good stuff out there that I love, but that doesn't mean we sound like it at all."
Hurley said the content of [many of] Ovadya's songs are based on the Psalms or liturgy and inspired by a spiritual worldview. "I took a song that was probably a thousand years old, no copyright, and re-rendered it," she said. "And some [of our] songs are just about stuff of life."

DJ and Producer Soame from Zürich Switzerland. Known for his groovy, pushy House DJ-Sets and Productions with Deep and Techno influences and a lot of melody, he is truly in Love with Music. After more then 15 years organizing Events (eg. Arosa Electronica Festival, Backyard Hype @ Street Parade, Colour Series Label Nights etc.) and playing as a DJ, he has started to spend more time in the studio by producing music also collaborating with a number of other artists.
