This Sound Healing Journey was recorded with loving intentions during the Winter Solstice Dec 21st 2022 to offer a tool for aligning, balancing and harmonizing our energy centers in order to be able to integrate and apply incoming high frequencies better. The more resonant and harmonically aligned we become the better those energies can serve us on our journey. 

This journey is a sonic alchemy between ancient and modern sound healing technologies.

It contains recordings of classical sound healing instruments like Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and a Shamanic Drum as well as cutting edge frequency modulation synthesis and binaural brainwave entrainment to allow for deep relaxation, realignment and healing.

This sonic attunement uses a 528 Hz frequency pulsed as an isochronic tone of 4,5 Hz - also refered to as a state of shamanic consciousness.

The “Theta state vibrates between 4 – 7,5Hz and is associated with deep meditation, intuitive receptivity, healing and relaxation as well as enhanced creative abilities and profound insights.

The Shamanic Drum supports to ground and connect with the earth and it can help to move stagnant energy.

7 crystal bowls attuned to the resonance frequencies of the main energy centers of the body (“chakras”) and tuned to the cosmic tuning of 432 Hz are played one after the other to activate and balance the energy flow in those centers. This can allow stagnant energy to flow and remove energy blockages.

Each Chakra is being atoned for 6 min with the according Singing Bowls and drones and pads that have been created by sound design of the original bowl recordings, so all sounds have an organic origin.

All the sounds and frequencies are modulated in divine numbers and proportions like the golden mean ratio and digits of 3,6,9.

Welcome to Day 5 for NĀDA - 30 Day Sound Healing Journey. Today's frequency is 380Hz. The frequency of Throat Chakra. This energy center is our gateway to the communication with the outer world. And not just that, this is the vibrational center of your body.  

With the vibrations of your own sound has so much power, that it can help heal anything. To direct this energy from your throat chakra inside, hummm with your eyes, mouth and ears closed. It is also called "Bhramri Pranayam" 
If you are having a headache... just humm for 10-15 mins and headache will start disappearing. If you have throat pain, just humm.. and it will soothe your throat... And its the throat chakra vibrations at work, when gentle lullaby of mother helps soothes the child. 

Your throat chakra center has the power to heal other and yourself. So, be always mindful of how we use this center. A calming voice can help soothe other person, alter their own inner vibration in a positive way.

Healing throat chakra also cures shyness and stammer,  and other self-conscious behaviour which hinder us from communicating freely and authentically. 

The best way to heal throat chakra, is to practice gentle hummms along with this frequency. The good thing is we are all very connected to chakra. We can  easily bring our focus on our throat chakras, and also start to feel its healing benefits almost immediately. 

The seed mantra of Throat chakra is ::: you guessed it right ::: Hummm... or "HAM" pronounced as "Hum" ...
