The tracks are intended to be used during reading, rest, bodywork, movement, or quiet integration. Rather than directing the listener, the music leaves space—allowing the nervous system to settle and the fascial network to respond in its own timing.

Living Network draws from lived somatic practice, hands-on bodywork, and long-term listening to how sound interacts with tissue, awareness, and regulation. It is not meditation music in the traditional sense, and it is not designed for productivity. It exists to support presence, internal coherence, and subtle shifts in sensation.
