Puebla's ViiV became fully enraptured by dance music while she was living in Chicago. She keeps minimal techno vibrant through parties and projects with @mnmlktchn, Sonoro, and Unisono. "I had just discovered the world of electronic music so I started to look up events and realized everything was going on in Chicago, it was unbelievable good. I started going out regularly and the music was always so good, I would just dance and stay till the end, that's how I started to meet some people. Then later on I started to get curious on records and tried to find out more, so I went to an event hosted at Gramaphone, and that's where I really got to talk to some people at a more personal level and started some really beautiful friendships," she says.

Pat Bosman (@patrick-bosman), of the Naughty Bad Fun Collective, works hard to create dynamic sets as a DJ, provide a space for freeing fun by throwing parties, and is consistently supporting his friends and techno family.

"I would say that my mixes usually reflect what I would play to a dancefloor, though I can usually use a few tracks that may not normally translate in a live setting. There's also not a crowd to read and react to, so it's a chance to fully follow the journey I have planned out internally from start to finish."
