This meditation uses an ancient microtonal scale known as Solfeggio frequencies to re-tune and re-structure your brain frequencies into coherance.  Watching cymatics vids can aid in understanding this(when you put a bowl of water or plate of sand on a speaker and play different frequencies, it becomes observable that certain frequencies can create ordered geometrical structures, which is what is happening to you when you listen) Helps with ADHD and to calm and neutralize neural stress and chaos. Use headphones for the full binaural effect  ;D

The sounds you hear are ambisonic recordings of my tuning forks.
You can use these sounds for your own productions as they will add a healing and restructuring component to any track.

Foreword by Ben (For Those That Knoe)
As a young person growing up in West Yorkshire, my experiences of true underground clubbing became intertwined with names such as Back to Basics, 20/20 Vision and Carl Finlow. That period in the early 2000's became a life-affirming time for my young self. Frequent trips to Back to Basics, then held at the Mint Club helped forge my outlook on electronic music and how it should be played in a club environment. I would often hear stories about "the Farm" and the late night parties and studio sessions. The anecdotes and tales of US icons recording in the countryside with the local guys provided only a small insight into the creativity and fun that must have gone on during those years. Cut to now in 2017, whilst looking back to those times more than fifteen years ago, I can proudly say that the dots have been joined and the connections now formally established. I'm immensely proud to say that Carl Finlow, the understated king of British electro, and I, have put together a selection of his works that provides a themed snapshot into his musical history.

The music I have chosen with Carl may not be all of his biggest tracks but it is the music that is special to me. The selection has a vibe, one that is deep and emotive, music for the head as well as the feet. I hope you hear it in the same way.

Carl Finlow - A Selection Of Works Part 1 [KNOE 7/1]

Lucy’s ‘Banality of Evil’ EP teases apart the dark sides of human psychology and lays them down as fractured, angular tracks. Inspired by Hannah Arendt’s writings on conformity and totalitarianism SA013 makes for provocative listening.
‘Superior Orders’ is an off kilter introduction: Lucy took synth lines that Roll The Dice crafted in Stockholm and broke them down, buckling the lines and revealing their malevolence. ‘Stanford Prison’ layers wistful top lines over driving base creating a fluid, transitory atmosphere. ‘Milgram Experiment’ opens with a beautifully simple sequence and splinters into deep, warm dub. The track includes voices, but these are not catchy euphoric vocals,
instead a voice repeats: ‘I began to feel that I was losing my identity’. The tracks don’t aim to soundtrack the experiments and theories of their
titles, instead they act as a point in case. Their dense structures and repeating sequences hint at how conformity and obedience normalize the darkest of human behaviours. ‘Asch Paradigm’ is a stunning, molten close, it feels heavy and weighted but as with the EP as a hole, Lucy handles this dark material with an incredible lightness of touch.

SA013 was craftily mastered by Artefacts Mastering, Berlin.
