This release comes after events and phases I have personally encountered in my life so far. Taking it day by day, doing whats good for me and trying to elevate in this time and age. This is a form of modern warfare that isnt talked about as much. Living in the west, in countries where water isnt a problem, and there are no actual conflicts occuring, doesnt mean we do not suffer. Ofcourse we are very privileged to be living the way we are. However if we dont have problems in the physical form, we have them in the mental form. 

This mental battles we face is the modern warfare.
