"Cooler Head" (prod.  by Kmon)

"Out of Dodge" is an alt-pop slow jam; and one of the more authentic songs I've written and released up to this point.  The concept really speaks for itself.  It is a love song about mutual interest and significant others wanting to escape somewhere for a while and feel like the only 2 people on the planet.   I really wanted to lyrically provide a pure and calm sexiness to it.  And it's a song for really any time of day.  But there's nothing mushy or cheesy about it.  

KMon is a good friend of mine from St. Petersburg,  and one day he linked me to his whole catalog of beats he's created.  And as soon as I heard this instrumental that KMon and his good friend JollyGreen Beats co. produced, I was like "Yes, I definitely want this one.  Do not let any other MF get this one. (hehe)"  

Hopefully this suck-fest of a pandemic will settle down before 2022 so I can start creating the opportunity to perform this joint along with other new ones consistently again.   At the end of the day I'm proud of this piece of authenticity and now I can just pray that the world will dig it as much as I do.

This is the other song I did for MTSU's commercial music ensemble. When it comes to my all time favorite songs, "Win In The End" right away comes to mind.  If you've seen the 1985 film 'Teen Wolf', you'll know this song.  It's played at the very last scene.
