The powerful ‘Freedom’ by Chris Avantgarde is set to land on Size Records on June 29th. Having wowed fans during label boss Steve Angello’s Ultra Music Festival set in March this track has been in demand ever since and its official release will be welcomed by fans and critics alike.

Building ominously, the opening drum patterns are reminiscent of golden era 90’s big room house once joined by vocals and synth chords the track takes off. Punchy basslines intertwine with multiple layers to create an anthem capable of rocking any dance floor. 

Chris Avantgarde is an up and coming German producer who began his musical career as a Jazz pianist. Having transitioned over to electronic music Chris has proven his skill and versatility with releases on high quality labels like Dirtybird and now Size receiving support from the likes of Annie Mac and Steve Angello.

Following a slew of new material amongst a celebratory summer, Axtone Records welcomes Swedish act, Gazlind to the catalogue with their remix of Deniz Koyu’s 2014 single, ‘To The Sun’. First debuted by Axwell /\ Ingrosso in an exclusive Miami mix, Gazlind’s rendition of ‘To The Sun’ focuses on the finer details, while cleverly incorporating Koyu’s original vocal.

With a debut remix of Swedish Grammy winner Seinabo Sey, and continuous support from Steve Angello you could say that Gazlind are off to an impressive start in their career, drawing the attention of dance music’s most influential artists. While not much is known about the act, it’s clear that Gazlind are certainly up to snuff when it comes to the studio.

With Deniz’s original having over 1 million Spotify streams, Axtone appropriately releases Gazlind’s take of ‘To The Sun’ on June 21st to commemorate Swedish Midsummer, the peak of the summer solstice.

As the summer season opens up world wide with festivals and hundreds of days of back-to-back clubbing, Staar Traxx shines bright amongst the flurry of music with the hugely anticipated release Stase “Into the Light”. Originally premiered at label boss Tom Staar’s Ministry of Sound show in 2014, he has since kept this weapon firmly close to his chest before finally setting the release of the track in the peak of summer 2015.
The thumping intro crescendos into a beautifully original solo harpsichord melody, arguably a sound never heard before in house music. Into the latter part of the breakdown the strings are joined by an incredible surging lead, which lends itself to the explosive drop which almost propels you “Into the Light”, lifting the atmosphere, and intensity throughout. Expect to hear this record as a peak time centerpiece in many DJ sets over the summer
