Starting out with a track like 'Topanga' we're reminded of the reason we find ourselves in music and musical rabbit-holes... To detach ourselves from the horrific nature of life and what it can drop just outside our bedroom. The journey from the intro "Apertura' all the way to the driven and distorted Title track "Sweettooth" make this Lofi house adventure most unlike it's peers featuring both moments of authenticity in not only the lyrics but instumentation (that's right I said instrumentation) as well.
After a year like JT has had 'Sweettooth is a crowning achievement.
