This song isn't really "canon" to the album, but this was the first actual song I made under Little Faith where I had a bigger project in mind. I thought I'd pay some homage to it, and it fits well in my opinion, it feels like very "end credits" music!

Everything all the time comes from something someone said to me at work, someone I support. Granted the context was me asking them to do their own dishes, to which they replied "why should I have to? It's everything all the time with you" which was pretty funny.

The song itself is sort of about abusive images of the self in a more domestic setting. It's about making subtle digs at yourself, or discouraging yourself, or just generally not having a great self image, which is something I've always struggled with.

It's a pretty simple song, but I tried to take it in more of an experimental direction with the strange drums and textures. I think this song works as a great midpoint because of the shift in tone to accomodate the next couple of songs.
