It's kind of a potpourri which covers several bases.  FYI, the affirmations repeat a few times for a total run time of app. 11 minutes.   I didn't put in music or sound effects since some listeners found it distracting.  This way you can mix the affirmations with the sounds of your choice. Don. Swanky (born September 16th 1992), is a Malawian composer, writer, rapper and entrepreneur. He has worked on several projects in music, business and personal developments.
