For the first episode in October, we are happy to host Bulgarian Techno dj & producer based in Copenhague GABRIELLA VERGILOV(SYMBOLISM / GAMA).

After her stellar second gig for BOILER ROOM in June in her motherland Bulgaria, Gabriella definitely deserved herself to be called “Bulgarian Star” as the BOILER ROOM team noted.

The Copenhagen-based producer, DJ, and singer with an idiosyncratic take on electronic music, defined by extraordinary energy on the stage, a signature finesse of productions and an obsessive passion for music and aesthetics is a force behind the decks with impeccable taste for driving, dynamic and deep techno to jacking house cuts and 90’s infused vocal messages, inspired by the old school league: Jeff Mills, DVS1, Ben Sims, DJ Bone, and Laurent Garnier.

Gabriella has also reserved herself a seat as one of the most exciting new faces production-wise, with confirmed upcoming releases on her mentor’s DVS1 Mistress label and UK Techno titan Ben Sims’s Symbolism.

Formly known as Boriqua Tribez, Uncertain has been a driving force in electronic music for over two years releasing music under a host of aliases across a number of respected labels. With recent appeareances on Kneaded Pains, Suara, and Tronic amongst others, Uncertain now sets his sights on Radio Slave's Rekids Special Projects, delivering five bone-crushing techno tracks for the label.

Leading the release is the title track "Escape", a high-energy start to the EP. "Base" follows with a dose of funk as warped samples and rumbling kicks twist into a rolling groove, before "Crush" brings swinging drums and vocal snippets together for a rowdy cut. "Transmit" marries synths stabs with heavy low-end and subtle hooks " close the release with a drirect combination of wonky pads, classic drum machines, and cleverly utilized FX.

Uncertain "Escape" EP drops via Rekids Special Projects on 4th November 2022.
