Feggaraki Mou Lambro translates How many people know that the famous children’s song (similarly compared to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star) actually refers to the “Secret Schools” boys would attend during the time of the Ottoman Occupation between the 15th & 19th century; the children weren't allowed to learn the Greek language and about Christianity - so they had to learn about them in secret at night… little did I know when channeling this rendition… 🇬🇷 ✨ 🌖
