Hailing from Melbourne, Retza is a Producer and DJ who has the underground heads listening, talking and following his every move. With several original releases and remixes under his belt, 2014 was a breakout year for the bearded dynamo as his audience grew and his production and gig schedule increased dramatically.

Focusing on various forms of house and techno, Retza’s productions have been lauded by punters and peers alike for their depth and complexity. Featuring releases on ADID, Kindish, Subsonic Music and Lo-Fi 45, Retza has gained support from a bevvy of the underground DJ elite including Lee Burridge, Uone, Jamie Stevens, YokoO to name a few. Retza’s success has been celebrated with prime time festival and club appearances both internationally and locally in Australia.

He began his path in 2012 and reinvented his vision with this new alias in writing music and recording the sounds of nature - with the ultimate nirvana of conveying the mood of moments occurring in life.  In his official debut he joined the like-minded imprint, Canopy Sounds, in which he plans to start his new journey, alongside great musicians and sound producers.
