Once you crossed the bridge
and flew above where we live
i waved like crazy down here
now that my shadow is just a mere
memory of what i am now,
standing here burning kites,
you, up there enjoying the flight.

dogs bark at metal petals
reaching the sky, tearing a cloud
drops down, accelerated,
pushing us all down below
without touching.
then, a sound wide and green
frowns real mean and cold;
leaving my ground up here
so unnerving..
