GUSGUS - AIRWAVES (SLOW HEARTS REMIX)

Part of the Hamburg based @jeudirecords family, @doctordru has been cooking up a storm on dancefloors across the world with his melancholic yet highly danceable house music.

His latest release is "The Grain EP" which drops June 1st on Beatport(iTunes, Juno, etc.:15.06.2015) and we can give you the exclusive premiere of the B-side track "The Pattern". A track that hypnotizes the listener with a moody and funky synthline that stands against subtle horns incorporated with a steady, pulsating deep house beat.

Hannes Bieger (@hannesbieger) is perhaps better known for his immense and highly regarded back catalogue as a mixing and mastering engineer on other people's records, as well as various other ‘behind the scenes’ technical gifts. Born in Hamburg and now living in Berlin where he runs his own production studio, this EP gives his talents as a house music producer space to shine - and that's exactly what it does. 

'Strato' kicks off the EP - a 9 minute journey into exquisitely produced and highly effective dance music - an epic dancefloor killer that could draw comparisons with masters such as Ame in terms of impact.

Rhyolite' is another extended dive into the house music hinterlands - a deep groove that gives a home to some incredible sound design that builds and builds throughout the track.

Ruede Hagelstein (@ruede) drops by to add his distinct flavours to 'Strato' for the third track on the release - taking it into even deeper zone - a stripped down, minimal yet emotive workout for the late night crews.

The well known Seasons series is back with a fresh EP, presenting the Autumn 2020 edition. Five brand new and exclusive tracks from all over the world.

Kicking things off with the uplifting track 'Pleyades' by Neptun 505 from Poland, moving on to Malaysia as Arzuk brings you the beautiful and delicate song 'Arwin'. Then we visit Serbia for Veljko Jovic & New Now Project's ethnic fueled collab 'Sacred Place'. Christopher Erre from Argentina takes things deep and heady with 'The Pray' and we finish peak time with Russian duo Zatonsky & Ivan Vysotenko's dance floor bomb 'Shoebill Stork'.

For the very late first release of this hectic year 2020, Bardo Records welcomes the returning artist Ben Tov, who takes us on a path of bass, beats and their echoes, all with deep texture of melody. The meditative repetitions bring the listener back to the much needed place he’s been before, with reoccurring patterns creating a nostalgic loop of no escape.

The release also features a remix from another one of Bardo’s favorite – Kustikov. He brings a heavier, darker feel to the original, sublimed with the hypnotic atmosphere one can get lost into.
