When my youngest daughter was born, it was at home. She was born in the bathtub, and my bedroom is connected. Two hummingbirds came to the bathroom window and looked in and watched me as i carried her into the bedroom, and then came to the bedroom window and watched us as we settled into the bed. They flew between the sets of windows around us for a little while, looking in at us. This song reminded me of that sweet moment.
