In this podcast I talk about why I think it's wrong for NBA fans to call players busts as fast as they do. I use Atlanta Hawks small forward Cameron Reddish as the centerpiece to my argument. Rookies are held to too high of a standard when they shouldn't be. They are all held to the standard of a rookie that is the star of their team and turns their teams franchise around in an instant, when in reality there will only be 1 or 2 of those types of players in each draft. Rookies should be given the chance to grow and arguably shouldn't be called a bust until their careers are over. I use the growth of Cam Reddish throughout the season to prove my point.
